- Expedited Shipping: Need it for the weekend? We offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $25.00. (Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST to ship the same day).

Our Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method, and within 30 days for Style Lab Store Credit.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box without signs of wear on the soles.
- Skincare, makeup, and wellness supplements.
- Jewelry (unless arriving damaged).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return Simply email us at info@stylelabbymelissa.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (a flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
