If an item doesn't work out perfectly for your lifestyle, we are here to help you return or exchange it effortlessly. Our Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method, and within 30 days for Style Lab Store Credit. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box without signs of wear on the soles.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) For hygiene and quality control purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

• Skincare, makeup, and wellness supplements.
• Jewelry (unless arriving damaged).
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
